History of Carnall Removals
We thank you for the opportunity to present our Company profile which outlines the company's background, affiliations, personal services and global network operating in the specialised field of domestic, commercial and international moving.
Carnall Removals began over 50 years ago in Devon, England when Gerald Carnall commenced his removal and transport business. Graham Carnall, present Managing Director and son of Gerald, commenced operations at Warners Bay, Newcastle in 1978.
The business quickly gained a reputation in the industry for the packing and transportation of antiques and high value works of art. Some of the initial clients created a customer demand for expansion into household removals in the national and international markets.
The Company has nurtured and developed over the years to become one of the largest exclusive Newcastle based and controlled removalist company with branches in Sydney and Newcastle. The Company has fully accredited mutually exclusive agents in all states and territories.
One of Carnall's key elements to success has been the dedication and work ethics by a long serving team of both management and employees - a team effort that cannot be achieved by one man alone. Another is the individual and personalised attention given to every household shipment, both private and corporate. Today, the majority of Carnall's clients come from either repeat or referral sources which is a testament to its quality of services and performance.
